July 4th!

Mac 2001-2013

Last weekend we lost our buddy Mac.  He was with us for almost 12 years... and was loved by everyone who knew him.

End of baseball season!

Sam's team won the first game of the playoffs on Friday!  They only won 1 game all season but then something magical happened and they started hitting the ball really well and working together.  We had 3 games Friday/Saturday... they survived the heat and finished in 5th place overall.  :)

Water Balloons

The kids set up a water balloon carnival the other night... stations with activities for everyone.  Love the creativity!  Talent shows, dance contests, sports camp, and art class are some of the other fun ideas they've come up with.

Father's Day

Cousins!

Lizzie and Ian are back from Singapore!  The kids are over the moon happy!  They haven't seen each other since last summer but have picked right up where they left off and are they best of buddies. School is now out and the sleepovers have started!

Kids this week!

Ben ran 26 miles at school this year and earned a marathon t-shirt!  

Sam finally broke out of his hitting slump and hit a grand slam at his game last night!  This smile lasted all night and into today.  So fun!

Harper had a meltdown because she couldn't find the pink dress she wanted to wear. 

That was our week!  We are so excited to see the Arnolds next week!  They left Singapore and are in Hawaii for a few days and get here Tuesday!  Summer is almost here!

Lincoln City

We spent Memorial weekend with Brian's family on Devil's Lake in Lincoln City.  Other than Harper getting the flu we had a great time!  Lots of firsts...The boys rode in a boat for the first time, each caught their first fish and I ran my first 20 miler!  

There were 19 of us in the house and there was a lot of eating, drinking, foosball, air hockey, hot tubbing, cousin rough housing and fun!
