Baseball!

Baseball has come to an end!

Brian coached Sam's team this year which was a huge commitment but he loved the group of boys and parents and had a great time. They played so well together and grew so much as a team. They didn't have a great district tournament but went in as the #1 seed. It was so much fun watching these boys not only play baseball but build friendships. I will miss these families!

Fall baseball and soccer!

We've almost made it through fall sports!  Sam has had soccer or baseball 6 days a week so thankfully Ben's soccer is just 2 days a week.  With Brian's crazy schedule the little kids have to come to most games and practices, and have been such troopers.  Sam's baseball games don't always get done before 8:30 or 9 so it's been a stretch on everyone.   Here's to a short break before indoor soccer starts in a few weeks!

End of baseball season!

Sam's team won the first game of the playoffs on Friday!  They only won 1 game all season but then something magical happened and they started hitting the ball really well and working together.  We had 3 games Friday/Saturday... they survived the heat and finished in 5th place overall.  :)

Baseball

Sam had his 2nd game last night -- we have about 20 more to go.  Hard to believe!
So thankful for the other siblings there that keep my kids entertained!

Last games - Alpenrose!

Sam's baseball team had their final two games last weekend at Alpenrose.  So much fun to watch them play on the main field!  They had such a fun season and a great group of kids.

Win!

Sam's baseball team has only won a few games this season... but this game they came back against a really good team to win!  Loved seeing the smiles and energy out there!

Pitching!

Sam is playing kid-pitch baseball this year.  Last week he got a chance to pitch an inning... and he struck out 2 batters!  Every time he threw a strike he would do a little fist pump. Brian was teaching that night and was so bummed to miss it!

Play ball!

Baseball and t-ball are filling up our evenings and weekends.  So fun to watch the boys play!
