Xmas 2012

We had a great Christmas this year... full of friends, family and good food.  Harper loved everything to do with pink, babies, dress up clothes etc.  The boys were all about legos, video games and books.

Sam looks huge in this photo...^^
 Christmas dinner with the family!
The boys finished before the adults so they kept us entertained with facts from new books... Weird but True and First Big book of Space.
We missed our Singapore family so much!  Next year they will be here and the excitement and noise will be magnified x10!

Christmas Eve

We had such a fun Christmas Eve!  Bathing suits, sprinkles, chocolate fountain... that pretty much sums it up!

Santa 2012!

We finally made it to visit Santa!  Harper hid behind me the whole time and screamed when we tried to get her to stand anywhere near him.  She finally agreed to sit with the boys if Santa wasn't around.  He hid behind the chair until they took the photo - success!

Furlough day...

The boys are out of school today...another budget reduction day!  Their friends came over to make gingerbread houses.  I'm pretty sure they ate as much candy as they put on their houses!  We took all 5 of them to get haircuts and out to lunch.  The 4 boys are loud and physical and pretty much can't keep their hands off of each other.  Made for a busy morning. :-)

Ben turns 6!

Ben turned 6 yesterday!  I still think of him as my little buddy but he's growing up!  We celebrated with a pool party at SW Community Center.  I lost count how many times we went down the slide!

Thanksgiving and our tree!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year - although wasn't the same with out my sister and her family.  Started off the day with the Oak Hills Turkey Trot... such a fun community race that raises food and $ for a great cause.  Lots of our friends run and volunteer so it's always a fun event.  We had a huge family feast that night and ventured out to get our tree the next morning.  It was cold, pouring rain and pretty much miserable.  The place we got our tree (Christmas Mountain) had a fire, hot chocolate and tons of great trees to choose from.  We were able to get it chopped down, tied to the car and out of there in record time!
