Farm

My sister brought over the Little People Farm her kids played with when they were younger. Harper loves it! She takes the animals in and out, and of course spends most of her time chewing on them.

Spring Break 2011

Brian found a little house to rent in Manzanita and we left town on Wednesday. The boys have had their bags packed since January... let's just say they were a little excited!

The dogs were crashed out after Day 1 on the beach.

The first day was a little wet and cold but it didn't keep anyone out of the water!
The boys love "wave jumping"... I have no idea how they can wade through water at the Oregon Coast and not feel the BURN!

My dad and Brian took the boys to the kite shop... Ben picked out a Buzz Lightyear kite. I laughed so hard when Sam came home with his kite that said.... US ARMY STRONG! Hilarious. He has no clue what that even means but he liked that it had a star on it!

We gave Harper a teething biscuit and she went to town. She was growling at it!
It's back home tonight and back to reality... school and work are just a day away! We had a great time... lots of hanging out on the beach, kite flying, wave jumping, rock hunting, uno playing and just relaxing together.

Brunch

Brian's family came over for brunch the other day. His dad had a great time snuggling Harper. ;-)

Spring Break is here!

The boys are finally on spring break and we are all happy to slow down and enjoy a week of relaxing mornings, no rushing around, and time to just hang out and play.

Brian spent the morning getting my car serviced and brakes replaced, so the kids and I hung out. The boys wanted to ride bikes and catch worms and bugs. DONE!
We are leaving for the beach Wednesday and hoping for some breaks in the weather!

When Sam gets off the bus he immediately runs in the door and straight to Harper. Ben is usually chasing after him trying to tackle him and tell him about his day.

Harper had her 6 month appt today... a few weeks late. She is in the 75th percentile for height and weighed in at 15 lbs 8oz (25th percentile). She is sitting up, rolling all over the place, and reaching for everything in sight. She is so curious and wants to explore everything. I am not ready for her to start crawling!
