The Adventures of Sam, Ben & Harper
The boys have been loving our friend Scott who is here from DC. Scott and Brian were in the phD program together at ASU and he is speaking to Brian's classes and faculty tomorrow at UP. They informed me tonight that they don't ever want him to leave.
These pix were taken at Lower Macleay Park before we had dinner at one of our favorite spots...Piazza Italia.

Both boys are awesome with their baby sister... but Sam is amazing. He holds her and talks to her and will entertain her when I need a break or need to make dinner. She lights up when she sees him and it's just too cute. Ben loves to snuggle her and throw his arms around her neck and squeeze and hug her as tight as he can. Love these kids!

We finally got some snow! They were predicting quite a storm and then said we might not get anything... so the boys were excited to wake up Thursday morning with an inch or two on the ground and school canceled. We threw snowballs, made snow angels and mini-snowmen and tried to sled on our hill, but the sun was quickly melting everything away. Sam actually ATE quite a bit of snow... as did the dogs. Poor Ben had a fever and we didn't even realize it until we came in to warm up. Wish the snow would have stuck around longer but it was fun for the few hours it lasted!
Being crazy...
When Sam and Allison first started swimming lessons, she was terrified! Now she swims like a fish!
Harper hangs out with the mamas.
The fun comes when the boys are done and Harper is hungry... they are cold and want to get in the shower, not share the shower, not get out of the shower, Ben wants to pee down the shower drain, Sam tries to walk around the family changing room naked and totally clueless etc... Sound fun?!
