My girl is 4!

There is something bitter sweet about the turn from 3 to 4... 4 seems so grown up and I'm not ready for her to be such a big girl yet. 

We celebrated with a trip to the Wilson pool and family BBQ. 

She actually said the other day..."I'm big enough to do that all by myself now... I'm 4 you know!"

First recital!

Harper has been counting down this day for weeks… her first dance recital.  It was absolutely darling and hilarious at the same time!  They were too cute as they tip toed and twirled and tried to remember which moves came next… :)

First day of preschool!

Harper survived her first day of preschool last week!  She told me she was going to scream and cry and throw a fit when I dropped her off... she did have some tears but ended up having a great day.  It is the first time in 9 years I've had all 3 kids in school at the same time -- not sure what to do with 2 hours of free time 2x a week! :)

Harper turns 3!

Our baby girl turned 3 today!  So hard to believe.  She seems so grown up but still the baby!  We hiked and swam and played in Sunriver all day... tonight we had a family BBQ and cupcakes and she hammed it up dancing and singing in her new dress up clothes.  Such a fun age!

Valentine girl

Harper has been talking about valentine's day for weeks... she's helped pick out cards, put up decorations and send love notes and treats to our cousins in Singapore.  I think she was just as excited to wake up on valentine's day as she was on Xmas.  :)

Outfit of the week

Harper loves to dress herself and has her mind made up when it comes to her sense of fashion.  We got some interesting looks at Costco and Trader Joe's... she was wearing this get up with goggles on her head and it was 30 degrees out.  I did make her wear a coat!

Harper - 27 months!

Harper is full of personality and spunk.  She is so much fun these days...  She adores her brothers, is talking up a storm, is sensitive and opinionated!
